Online poker cheats are also experts in ‘hex-editing.’  This means that  a hacker can open an online poker client’s profile and personal programs. Hackers have adopted the technique or technology that online operators had formerly used to edit or modify interesting profiles, including banned names or aliases that are not decent enough and often, really funny and disgusting.

Aside from the two hacking techniques by some online poker cheats, hacking is not that rampant throughout the Internet. Practical Tips Revealed to Win the Poker

Author : 03/19/2008

Americans love to play this popular game called poker. Like any other game, a gamer always wants to have an edge over the opponents and doesn’t want to lose. So the big question is “Is there a sure way to win a poker game?”

Well, surely there is. Just check out these practical tips when playing poker.

  1. The most basic rule is to inspect the site.  Make sure that it is authentic. There are a lot of poker game sites that are frauds!
  2. Always read the terms and conditions of the site.  Never take this for granted. Be sure to check the maximum payouts and the minimum bets.
  3. Have a budget for your poker game. Allocate a budget for the day.  That budget will determine how much you are willing to lose or to win in the game. When you know how much, stick to the limit.
  4. The most important thing to remember before playing: Do not gamble if you can not afford to lose!
  5. Know how to play the game. Practice playing the game.  Familiarize yourself with the game first before you play for real money.

When you are actually playing the game at the table, take note of the following warnings:

  1. Never be greedy. If you are winning the game,  stop.  Making a big win and gambling it all over again is a big sign of greediness.
  2. Stop playing when you’ve already lost a lot of money. Don’t try to win your losses back. When playing poker, overall winnings are what count most.  What normally happens is when you are losing, or when have already lost your allotted money for the day, you try to win your losses back. Stop because you’ll never win it back.
  3. Don’t try to take side bets.  Casino owners make this as a kind of gimmick so that more money will go to the casino.
  4. Don’t think of  gambling your hard earned money unless you are ready to lose it.

While in the game, here are some important ideas to think about:

  1. Look at your opponent’s eye.  You must be watchful of the moves of your opponents. Be observant to better know them.  This way, you willbe able to predict their next move and you will not fear them.  Also, you will know when they are bluffing or not.
  2. Play in silence.  Concentrate. Converse with your self as you think deeply about your opponents actions. Concentrate.
  3. Play real. Base your decisions on what the reality is.  See all movements as they are. Do not fear, instead, be calm and assess their moves accordingly.
  4. Be objective. Don’t take it personally.  At the poker table, it is always unavoidable that your opponent can irritate you.  Don’t  give in to such responses.  Be cool and objective. This is a bluffing game.  But do keep in mind that just because your opponent has bluffed earlier, it does not mean that he does all the time.  Think tight.  Review each move.
  5. Think about what your opponents have.  Create a situation.  So when deciding, you’ll have a better chance to be right.
  6. Have self- control and know when to stop.  Is the hand that you are raising now the hand you folded a while ago?  This is a sign that you should go home.
  7. Play to enjoy. Do not play if you are sad, bored or tired.  Enjoy the play.
